LGM-130 Dry sand rubber wheel abrasion tester

LGM-130 type dry sand rubber wheel abrasion tester is the dry sand semi free abrasive material abrasion tester.

The tester is according with the standard of United States ASTM-G65, also according with the standard of JBT_7705-1995.

The principle of tester: the silica sand along with the metal sand mouth to fall down freely, clockwise revolving rubber wheel driven along the silica sand (ore sand, dinas, sand ) and other abrasive materials to abrade various metal or nonmetal materials, so as to test for abrasive resistance of materials.

Because the rubber wheel can changed the positive pressure and other parameters applied by samples, so this machine can smoothly simulate various work conditions, for mining machinery, construction machinery, digging machinery, transport machinery, agricultural machinery and other industries, proceed the screening test of abrasive resistant materials in the laboratory, this machine also can make better use for scientific research departments, to study on abrasive material abrasion mechanism.

In order to prolong the using time of the rubber wheel, added the adjusting device of the clamps, so that the pivot of the clamp can be adjusted. At the same time used PLC automatic control to achieve setting revolving number or time to automatically parking, automatically control the revolving speed and other functions.
