2.The application of the device
The machine adopts mechanical and electrical integration design, and it has concise and elegant appearance, it is the precise device used to test manufacturability of metal thin sheet and banded material, according to GB/T 4156-2007
For cupping testing, using a certain specifications of steel ball or globular punch, put pressure on the specimen which perimeter has 10kn clamping force, until the specimen produce penetrating cracks, at this time punch press-in depth(mm), it’s the sheet of cupping value, this cupping value is used to judge plastic deformation properties of material.
The testing of deep drawing cups make the thin-sheet and strip’s wafer Sample(Ø55,Ø100)pressing on clamping ring and dies, under momentumeffect of punch applied, generated radially extending and bending plastic deformation, then drawing into a cylindrical cup one time, it is used to assay the material's anisotropic as the symbol of earing rate.
The sample is disk-shaped, and the draw ratio between the disk sample and the punch diameter is 1.8.
3.The characteristics of device
3.1. The cupping testing machine adopts the new structure principle, it can achieve the rate of constant speed control.(At past, the force of cylinder oil source unable to realize the rate of constant speed control, the precision and accuracy of hydraulic sensor is much more lower)
3.2. Our company produced the new cupping testing machine, has changed the past oil source afterburner loaded servo motor constant speed, at the same time, we have changed the hydraulic sensor to wheel-spoke sensor, it improve the accuracy and precision of testing cupping values greatly.
3.3. The cupping value measuring instrument is a grating measurement (displacement sensor), and its reading resolution can reach 0.001mm, which improves the controllability of the machine..
3.4. From the hardware configuration, or force transmission principle, it has been greatly improved than the original machine, configure computer controlling, it realize perfection of the machine, it can also realize the result of report, storage, batch, curve plotting and so on.
3.5. It has the function of automatic parking when the plate cracks, and the equipment is also equipped with a camera, which can accurately determine the value of cracked cupping.
3.6. Using integrated control, it has the advantages of high integration, powerful control function, high data processing ability and high reliability.
3.7. The experiment process is controlled by a microcomputer to realize dynamic display of clamping force load value, stamping load value, cupping value, test speed and test curve.
