Vertical Double Working Station Hydraulic Bending Testing Machine YGBS-500A

This machine was developed according to the national standards GB/T232-2010 and YB/T5126-2003.

Its structural performance fully meets the requirements of the test specification, adopt roller-type bending device, the support roller can be adjusted by the lateral auxiliary cylinder, replace the bending core more convenience and other functions, reliable, easy to operate.

Main features: When the specimen is cold-bent, after a molding process, the lateral auxiliary cylinder exerts a pressing force to make the specimen over-bend and eliminate the residual stress, which is equal to 180° after the unloading.

This machine is mainly used for technical bending test of steel plate products, meets the inspection requirements of GB/T 232-2010 metal material bending tester, and is also suitable for other (such as: JG/T 5081-1996 steel bar bending test) metal, non-metal Material or product bending process test.

The bending span is adjusted by the horizontal cylinder. With a span ruler, the bending span is adjusted by horizontal cylinder limit, which is simple, convenient and reliable.
