1.Usage: This machine is mainly used for the detection of torsion spring and elastic component torque. The tested parts are installed between the two chucks of the adjustable space, and change the test fixture to adapt the different torsion performance of the tested parts. The LCD display shows the angle-torque curve of the tested parts, and the real-time display angle, torque, torsion speed and torque peak hold.

2.Performance Features

2.1 Host

The mainframe adopts a horizontal structure. The left end torque plate connection sensor is a fixed end, and the right end is loaded with an AC servo motor driven by a servo planetary reducer to drive the afterburning disc to rotate, and the torque is transmitted to the torque disc end torque sensor through sample loading to detect the torque. The loading system can be moved and fixed along the rails to adjust the test space.

2.2 Loading section

Through the use of servo motors and drives, ensure the continuous adjustment, uniform and stable loading of the wide range speeds during the test process.

2.3 Detection of torque and torsion angle

The high-precision torque sensor can measure the torque in both directions. The detection of the torsion angle uses a photoelectric encoder. The detection of the torsion angle is coaxial with the output shaft to ensure the true and effective display angle. Through the processing system of the single chip microcomputer, the sensor and encoder signals are processed and displayed on the screen.

2.4 Test process

Manual operation part: It is convenient for fine adjustment when clamp the workpiece. There are positive and negative jog buttons on the operation panel for the operator to use, and an emergency stop button is used for emergency stop.

2.5 Safety device

The test machine has safety protection functions such as overload protection shutdown, over current, over voltage and over speed protection.
