1. Features

The high temperature chamber for impact test shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 229 and other relevant national standards regarding the impact test temperature.

1.1 Appearance and structure:

1.1.1 Material: It should be made of cold-rolled steel plate, corner arc and integrated flat design, and new overhead inclined control cabinet. The cabinet is rust-proof pre-treated before rust-proof spray molding, and then electrostatically sprayed, and has excellent anti-rust function.

1.1.2 Basic structure:

a) Dimensions: length × width × height: 650x550x900mm, studio size: ≥ 350 × 450 × 450mm

b) There is a transparent observation window on each side of the high temperature box. The door can be opened separately, and there are two drawers on the door that can be pulled apart independently.

c) Liner: SUS304/2B stainless steel plate with inner arc design for easy maintenance.

d) Insulation material: ultra-fine glass insulation cotton, the motor needs heat dissipation space for heat dissipation, and the heater adopts stainless steel fin-type electric heating tube;

e) Sealing mold: Asbestos braided sealing strip.

f) Air duct: with turbine port, air collection port and adjustable blinds to ensure uniform temperature inside the box;

g) blower: centrifugal impeller and asynchronous motor;

h) Controller: Digital display temperature controller with PID auto-tuning function.

i) With a timed shutdown function.

j) Safety device: with power leakage protection, motor overload protection, equipment safety grounding protection terminal, over temperature protection.

k) Temperature measuring components: Thermocouples or thermal sensors should be qualified by the national metrology department.
