Electronic Marking Machine
Marking Machine
1.Introduction
1.1.This machine is mainly used for the gauge marks (also used for non-metal materials) of the plate specimens referred to in the GB/T 228 standard. In the tensile test, in order to facilitate the observation and measurement of the gauge length of the specimen and other technical parameters, the surface of the specimen is marked with a scribe, and at the same time it is required not to damage the specimen to avoid influencing the test data and making the specimen invalidate and test failure.
1.2.This machine accurately controls the displacement of the scribing tool through the stepper motor through the electronic control system, ensuring that the national standard requires 1% accuracy.
1.3.The machine can scribing plate specimens up to a thickness of 10 mm. Width up to 50mm, adjustable length of scribble. With a wide range of applications, the plan covers a variety of common plate samples in the industry, and has strong practicability.
1.4. The machine is compact in structure, easy to operate and reliable, and it is convenient and quick to install the sample. The machine is equipped with various safety protection measures to avoid various safety problems that may occur due to human error.
1.5. The machine is in the form of a desktop and is easily placed. It is applicable to laboratories, physics and chemistry laboratories, quality inspection departments and assembly line inspection sections of major production companies, education departments, and research institutions. In particular, large amounts of manual man-hours have been saved for large-scale testing of test specimens, and the efficiency and precision of marking have far exceeded manual operations.
