CMT-6504-D type high temperature creep stress-rupture testing machine is a testing instrument managed and controlled by computer. The testing machine is equipped with high stability and high precision servo loading system, which can carry out standard high-temperature stress-rupture, standard creep test, high-temperature tension, room temperature tension, cyclic loading and other tests on bar and plate samples of superalloy, titanium alloy, other ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals at 300 ~ 1100 ℃, the test time is no more than 10000 hours, and the total elongation is no more than 1%. Stress corrosion testing systems can also be added according to user requirements. It has the characteristics of complete functions, intuitive display, convenient maintenance and beautiful appearance. The whole machine is composed of host, electrical cabinet and distributed control system.

Uses: This equipment is used for various metals, alloys and ceramic materials to measure the creep properties and stress-rupture properties of metal materials under the action of a certain temperature and constant tensile load, and can also perform stress relaxation tests, high temperature short-time tensile tests, unidirectional cyclic creep fatigue, cyclic fatigue, hydrogen embrittlement and other tests.
