1.Usage
JB-50D Digital Display Charpy impact testing machine is controlled by single chip microcomputer and liquid crystal display type. The instrument has the advantages of convenient man-machine dialogue, high precision, automatic display of impact energy, automatic calculation of impact strength, and automatic calculation of the average value of impact strength of the whole group of samples, and data can be deleted arbitrarily.
Equip with a printer. Electric release hammer body. The whole machine has good rigidity and no stress deformation after aging treatment.
It is used to determine the impact toughness of non-metallic materials and metal materials such as rigid plastics, fiber-reinforced composite materials, nylon, glass fiber reinforced plastics, ceramics, cast stone, plastic electrical appliances, insulating materials, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, etc. It is a common equipment for quality inspection of scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, and related factories and mines.

4.The installation conditions of the testing machine
4.1. Before installing the testing machine, the anti-rust oil applied during packaging should be cleaned, and the dust should be wiped off with cotton yarn. Do not disassemble the parts easily when wiping.
4.2. There should be no vibration or corrosive medium around the installation site of the testing machine.
4.3. The testing machine is installed on a solid foundation, the mass of which should be at least 40 times the mass of the maximum pendulum used, and its level should be adjusted to 0.2/1000.
