Overview:
It is mainly used for the reciprocating compression test of foam polymer materials, and measuring the residual deformation rate, so as to know the material's dynamic fatigue characteristics. The number of tests, the display force value and the impact frequency can be freely set. The whole machine is easy to operate and easy to maintain. Working principle:
1, Test station: two work stations (optional: single station).
2, Test amplitude adjustment method: The amplitude is adjusted manually, with visual values, adopts the counters to count the number, and frequency is used to display the frequency meter; the control system has anti-jamming capability.
3, The principle of vibration: The frequency conversion speed-regulating motor drives the synchronous mechanism to drive the crank to rotate (equivalent to the cam structure) to move the guide rod up and down. The upper end of the guide rod is connected with a bracket for fixing the seat sample, so that the seat canbe upper-vibrate and lower-vibrate. Stroke 25mm (adjustable between 0-50mm as required). The vibration amplitude is adjusted manually and there is a visible scale in the adjustment position.
4, Place a hip mold that simulates the weight of the human body in the seat. The hip mold is hollow to add water to adjust the weight.
5, The frequency conversion adjustment can be directly set by the frequency converter and counted by the lower counter. The loading frequency can be calculated according to the time. Frequency not lower than 0HZ-3HZ (adjusted according to requirements).
6, Operation box: The layout is mainly composed of counter, inverter operation panel, frequency meter and buttons. Hang on the side of the host, humane operation position.
