Laminated Film Blowing Machine

A 3-layer 1500m blown film machine(model: M3B-1500Q-C) was set up in Saitama, Japan in 2015. It is used to produce laminated film. The max extrusion output of the machine is 300 kg/h with 80m/min max line speed. This machine line represents Jinming further exploreing the Japanese market.

Based on business communications with Jinming sales, site investigations made on the premises of the Jinming factory, and careful comparisons conducted over a period of time, the Japanese customer felt quite pleased with machine design and process capacity, and the quality of Jinming personnel. The customer finally made its choice to purchase Jinming 3-layer blown film machine. Furthermore, the Japanese customer also said that Jinming would be their first choice when they have new projects.

The die head is forged with high quality alloy steel, and machined by precision 5-axis machining center. Major parts of the die is machined by German DMG 5-axis machining center, the accuracy of the die and the splitting uniformity in each layer of flow channels are guaranteed. The final products are free of splitting lines and dead spots to ensure that the molten material may flow smoothly.
