In September 2015, another TPU blown film machine(model: M2B-1700Q) was ordered. The customer from East China is one of the largest TPU film manufacturers in China, and that purchase was intended to produce value-added TPU film, made from polyester and poly-ether.

The melt index of TPU resin is very high, and the mono-layer blown film techniques cannot apply for production. Therefore, an extra layer of PE is required to be extruded at the same time. After winding the film, the PE layer must be peeled off before putting into use. Jinming specially designed the die head channel based on the distinctive features of the TPU resin, so that the machine could adapt better to the processing of the TPU resin, and the max capacity of the machine could reach 200 kg/h.

At present, Jinming is the only manufacturer that can design and manufacture high end TPU equipment in China. Several large TPU film producers have also purchased Jinming equipment.
