One of the largest companies in high-strength flexible packaging films in India mounted a 7-layer water quench blown film machine provided by Jinming in 2015.

This company in fact, it is the first 7-layer high-barrier film manufacturer in India. And with a production capacity of over 3,600 metric tons per year, it is also India's largest high barrier multi-layer flexible film manufacturer.

The water quench machine is equipped with 7 extruders (size from Φ50 to Φ65), automatic thickness control system, automatic weighing& feeding system. Adopting streamline design, the whole line look more compact and more beautiful.

Now the blown film machine is in production of multi-layer EVOH / Nylon high barrier films used for food, medical and other packaging. It is also available in a wide range of widths (900mm to 1400mm) and thicknesses (60 microns to 250 microns). So the machine can be customized to specific requirements and it is best suited for any application.
