Recently a Chinese customer purchased a 3-layer Blown Film Machine (POF) for Heat Shrink Film manufactured by Jinming Machinery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. With the cutting-edge technology, Jinming is able to provide professional solutions for Heat Shrink Film.

The line excels at producing POF shrinkable film with excellent properties, such as high transparency, low temperature resistance, twisting resistance and a high shrinkage ratio. They are ideal and environmentally friendly heat-shrinkable packaging film which is widely used for food, beverage, medicine, cosmetic, commodity, stationary, magazine, video tape, electrical components and machines.

The Blown Film Machine(MS3R-2200Q-C) processes variety of resins such as HomoPP、copoPP、LLDPE and mLLDPE. The film thickness normally ranges from 0.012mm to 0.025mm. Max film width is 2000mm, and max output capacity reaches to 200kg/H. Since the Max. Extrusion capacity can reach 360kg/h, accordingly line speed can be up to 120m/min. Standard ratio of each layer is 15%:70%:15%.
