JINPAT Carbon Brush Slip Ring in Large-Power Rotary Furnace
Compared with the ordinary slip ring, the carbon brush slip ring has larger work voltage and current. It is generally installed in the mechanical and electronic platform, which requires 360 ° rotary transmission of large power. In order to ensure excellent electrical performance, the carbon brush slip ring developed by JINPAT adopts high-quality copper graphite carbon brush and gold-plated copper ring. In order to ensure the heat dissipation performance, most of them adopt overhead design, and some models even have internal cooling fans. In order to facilitate maintenance and cleaning, these slip rings are generally designed with maintenance windows.
In addition to the transmission of large current, many large devices also have the need for the transmission of signals. To ensure that the transmission of signals and large current do not interfere with each other, JINPAT adopts the physical isolation between the signal module and the current module. The signal module in the carbon brush slip ring only needs to transmit electrical signals, so the traditional gold-plated brush wire and gold-plated copper ring are still used to ensure the high stability.
Take the carbon brush slip ring LPA000-40350-06S customized by JINPAT for a rotary furnace as an example. With internal split design, the signal module and the current ring each has an independent box, and they do not interfere with each other during operation. In terms of electrical parameters, the slip ring has 40 current channels and 6 signal channels, with the working voltage of 400VAC. Each channel can transmit the current of up to 350A and the power of up to 5600KW. Its signal channel can transmit serial port and network signals. Both the current channel and the signal channel adopt the junction box.
Due to the transmission of large power and the special application environment, the customer has put forward a series of requirements on this type of slip ring. In order to solve the problems, the slip ring adopts the design of arc protection, and the split anti-vibration structure, so as to ensure reliable operation. In addition, the slip ring is equipped with heat dissipation system and temperature control system. It is the first time to apply these technologies in China. After delivery and verification, the structure of the slip ring fully meets the requirements of vibration resistance, shock resistance and EMC performance.
