Three Types of Aerospace Slip Rings

According to the requirements of high precision and high performance of aerospace equipment, JINPAT has developed the following three types of aerospace slip ring:

First, high-precision slip rings. The characteristics of these products are: small size, light weight, high precision and long service life. High-reliability is achieved by using a gold to gold contact. Besides, the housing and other metal parts are made of special materials, suitable for high humidity, high heat, strong vibration, corrosion resistance and other environments.

Second, the multi-circuits slip rings. The characteristics of these products are: multi-circuits, can transmit multiple high current and control signals; the connector is directly plugged in, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the slip ring.

Third, the long life and high speed slip rings. In applications such as high-speed railway, aero-engines, large aircraft, high-speed weapons, etc., there is a high requirement for the rotational speed and life of the slip ring. Therefore, it is required that the slip ring can maintain high speed operation in a state of high rotation.
