Rotating conductive solutions provided for scientific research in universities

In the process of conducting these technological research, many of the research instruments used require various types of slip rings to support. As a professional slip ring manufacturer, JINPAT has also provided many rotational conductive solutions for research instruments and equipment for universities around the world. Below, we will briefly introduce these JINPAT slip rings to everyone.

Starting from the standard slip rings of JINPAT, the first is the LPMS ultra micro series products with the smallest diameter and weight. The diameter range of mass-produced models of this series of slip rings covers 5.5mm~1.1mm, and the weight ranges from a few grams to tens of grams. This series of slip rings supports 1A current transmission in a single circuit, with a rated working voltage of 48VAC and very low dynamic resistance fluctuations, making it suitable for use in mouse experimental instruments and other small precision instruments. In addition to ultra miniature slip rings, the JINPAT LPS series separated slip rings are also commonly used in some small scientific precision instruments.

In addition to the standard electric slip ring, the signal slip ring is also commonly used by university research institutions. LPHF high-frequency slip ring and LPFO fiber optic slip ring are representatives of the signal slip ring in the JINPAT standard slip ring. High frequency slip rings are products used to transmit radio frequency signals, with 1-4 channels. Although their size is small, the signal transmission ability of this series of slip rings is very strong, and they are often used in radio frequency electronic testing equipment or scenarios.

Fiber optic slip rings are essential connectors for optical communication at the rotating joints of electromechanical equipment. At present, JINPAT single channel fiber optic slip ring technology is very mature, supporting single mode and multimode selection. In the development of multimode fiber optic slip rings, because the development difficulty is relatively small, JINPAT has mastered the development technology of 10 or less channels of multimode fiber optic slip rings, while the development of 4 channels of multi-channel single-mode fiber optic slip rings is still in progress.

In addition to the standard products mentioned above, other scientific research equipment solutions mainly focus on customized slip rings. Due to the abundance of electromechanical integration equipment, slip rings that integrate USB and Ethernet signals are also frequently used in university experimental equipment. The USB2.0, USB3.0, and gigabit and gigabit network signal integration slip rings developed by JINPAT have mature technology and high degree of combination freedom, supporting the integration of other signals while integrating the aforementioned signals.
