It is believed that in the near future, soft starters will develop rapidly in the explosion-proof electrical industry.

3. Although the quality of power supply of petrochemical enterprises is better than that of coal mines, for many electric loads, reducing reactive power losses as much as possible has attracted great attention in all aspects of electricity consumption. In recent years, it has been found that terminal compensation is better than centralized compensation. Therefore, the technology of terminal compensation for inductive loads such as motors has been adopted one after another, and the explosion-proof electrical appliances used in factories can keep up with the pace of development as soon as possible in this regard, in order to obtain greater economic and social benefits.

4. Today's society is a society with rapid development of science and technology, and various new technologies are constantly coming out. In the electrical field, remote control, telemetry, remote motion and communication functions have been completed, and explosion-proof electrical appliances can do a lot of work in this area, so that explosion-proof electrical appliances can obtain new progress in this control field.

5. According to the investigation, one of the important reasons for motor damage is heat. At present, most of the heat protection of the motor is indirect protection from the outside. Relatively speaking, this is still unreliable. The heating problem of explosion-proof motors is much more serious than that of ordinary motors. How to fundamentally protect the heating of motors is also a work that should be carried out in the field of explosion-proof electrical appliances.

6. Many explosion-proof electrical appliances are equipped with fuses for short-circuit protection, but because the fuse is installed in the explosion-proof enclosure, it is difficult for us to observe its working state, and the discrete nature of the fuse can easily cause phase failure, so it should be Monitor the fuse, find its fusing situation at any time, in order to prevent the lack of phase failure.

7. Due to the rapid development of sensor technology nowadays, explosion-proof electrical appliances should make full use of these sensors to realize the signal utilization of temperature, pressure, flow, gas, photoelectricity, etc., so that the control field of explosion-proof electrical appliances can be further expanded. Explosion-proof electrical products for factories in our country are now in a new period of development. We should face this very favorable opportunity to greatly improve the technology, quality, structure, performance and appearance of our country's explosion-proof electrical products. In particular, in conjunction with the issuance of production licenses for explosion-proof electrical products, we will eliminate a batch of technologically backward and low-quality production enterprises and products, strengthen industry management, and strengthen the quality supervision of tufting technology. Our country's explosion-proof electrical products will surely develop rapidly.
