Notes on wiring of industrial intercom system

For the centralized power supply mode, the power supplied by the telephone station should be fully considered

It is suggested to adopt the local power supply mode for the system with more call stations and larger broadcast power.

For 25W PA station, each power supply cable can only connect 5-8 call stations.

For 50W PA station, each power supply cable can only connect 5 stations.

According to the number of telephone stations and the size of spreading power, multiple power supply cables need to be connected from the cable junction box.

In principle, there is no connection point in the middle of the power line. If it appears, it must be added through the wire box.

Precautions for bus cable connection

When laying bus cable, avoid strong electromagnetic interference environment.

All cables must be clearly marked for wiring definition.

The wiring sequence of all bus cables should not be disordered and must be arranged according to the number.

No terminal point is allowed in the middle of bus cable.

The shielding layer of bus cable must be well grounded.

Notes on loudspeaker cable connection

The maximum distance between the speaker and the station is 30 meters.

The shielding layer of loudspeaker cable must be well grounded.

The speaker cable is not positive or negative. In order to ensure the consistency of the system, the speaker cable must be connected in a unified way.

Other wiring considerations

Strong current and weak current shall be wired separately and their respective pipelines shall be used;

When the strong current and weak current pipelines are running in the same direction in the horizontal direction, the distance between 10 cm and 30 cm shall be maintained;

When the strong current and the weak current pipeline cross each other vertically, each casing pipe is used to avoid the interference of the strong current to the weak current;

Both ends of the lines are marked

The power cable, loudspeaker cable and bus cable should be straight in their respective trunks without twisting and knotting;

When the hose is connected with the hard pipe, the hose and hard pipe shall be firm and reliable when entering the groove.
