Industrial intercom system wiring precautions

For centralized power supply mode, the power of station power supply should be fully considered.

For the system with more stations and larger spreading power, local power supply is recommended.

For 25W loudspeaker stations, each power supply cable can only be connected to 5-8 stations.

For 50W loudspeaker stations, each power supply cable can only be connected to 5 stations.

According to the number of stations and the size of the spread power, multiple power supply cables shall be connected from the cable junction box.

In principle, no connecting point is allowed in the middle of the power cord. In case of occurrence, the cable box must be added.

Bus cable connection matters needing attention

When laying bus cables, avoid the environment of strong electromagnetic interference.

All cables must be clearly marked and defined for connection purposes.

The wiring sequence of all bus cables must not be confused.

No end contacts are allowed in the middle of the bus cable.

The shielding layer of the bus cable must be well grounded.

Note for speaker cable connection

The maximum distance between the speaker and the station is 30 meters.

The speaker cable shielding layer must be well grounded.

Loudspeaker cable is not positive or negative, in order to ensure the consistency of the system, loudspeaker cable must be connected in a unified way.

Other wiring precautions

Strong current and weak current wiring separately, go their respective pipelines;

Keep a distance of 10cm-30cm between strong current and weak current pipelines in the same horizontal direction;

When the strong current and weak current pipelines cross vertically, each casing shall be used to avoid the interference of strong current to weak current.

The ends of the various lines are marked

Power cables, speaker cables and bus cables should be straight in their respective slots without any distortion or knotting;

When the hose is connected with the hard pipe, the hose and the hard pipe should be firm and reliable when entering the tank.
