NEW RANGE. Preserved food autoclaves for small productions

J.P. Selecta launches as a novelty the latest technology developed in its laboratories to achieve optimization when making preserved food in small productions.

Following an ambitious R&D plan, J.P. Selecta has developed a new autoclave for preserved food with incomparable advantages for its application in canneries.

We are manufacturers of laboratory autoclaves with more than 45 years of experience, and with ISO 9001 and CE certifications available.

The autoclave allows cooking, pasteurizing and sterilizing, it has a backpressure cooling system and it records the sterilization cycle data on a USB. It has a safety thermostat and two probes for temperature heart and internal control, all controlled by a touch screen with 10 predetermined programs with the possibility of modifying the following parameters:

-The heating temperature from +40ºC to 121ºC.

-Heating time.

-Cooling temperature.

-Counter pressure in bars.

-F0 calculation.

They can be supplied optionally with a loading and unloading crane to ease the vessels manipulation
