The Infinity system, thanks to a single modular mould, a single machine, and a single reel, allows you to seal a wide range of trays of different sizes and materials in just seconds.
This special application is perfect for packaging and keeping food fresh and is particularly suitable for deli counters and supermarkets.
The INFINITY mould can be combined with various types of trays:
- PP range: recyclable PP plastic trays available in transparent and black color. These trays are suitable for microwave oven.
- PAPER range: recyclable cardboard trays, perfect for the packing of ready meals. These containers are suitable for use in traditional and microwave ovens. They are also freezer-safe.
- BIO range: a series of compostable sugarcane pulp trays. This eco-friendly solution is the ideal choice for those seeking versatile (oven, microwave, and freezer compatible) and environmentally friendly packaging for their products.
Our patented INFINITY system is available on all our tabletop electric tray sealers, both manual and semi-automatic models: TSM/TSS 101/102/105-R.
If you need to extend the product's shelf life, the gas flushing option can be added to the system.
