Creating the Right Climate conditions for Reliable Testing – Kambič KK-CHLT Series

Climatic chambers (- 40 °C ...+ 180 °C)

Reliable environmental testing is not only about reaching a specified temperature or humidity. The real challenge is creating stable, uniform and repeatable conditions throughout the entire test process. The Kambič KK-CHLT climatic chamber series is designed for applications ranging from product and material testing to accelerated ageing, stress testing, sample conditioning and sensor calibration.

Available in five volumes from 68 to 1,000 litres, the KK-CHLT series covers a temperature range from –40 °C to +180 °C and relative humidity from 10 to 98 % Rh, depending on the temperature/Rh combination. Temperature stability reaches ±0.05 °C at selected climatic conditions, with Rh stability of ±0.3 %.

At the heart of the chamber is precise environmental control. PID temperature regulation with a PT-100 sensor, controlled air circulation and dew-point-based humidity control work together to maintain consistent conditions around the test sample. An extended humidity range using dry-air purge is also available.

Operation is handled through a 7-inch HMI, supporting programmable profiles, cycles and controlled heating and cooling ramps. The included PC software adds remote control, real-time graphical monitoring and process history, while USB and Ethernet connectivity are standard.

The KK-CHLT series represents the Kambič approach to environmental testing: robust chamber design combined with precise measurement and control. From compact laboratory testing to larger test loads, the goal remains the same – providing known, stable and repeatable climatic conditions for reliable test results.
