A proportional pressure regulator converts an electrical signal (0-10V, 4-20mA, or RS485 Modbus) into precisely controlled output pressure. What Is a Proportional Pressure Regulator?
How It Works: Dual-Solenoid Closed-Loop Control
Our regulators use a complete closed-loop servo system:
Fill solenoid valve — opens to increase output pressure
Vent solenoid valve — opens to decrease output pressure
Internal pressure transducer — measures real output pressure continuously
Digital controller (PI closed-loop) — compares setpoint vs feedback and drives both valves
When both valves close, pressure is locked — stable, energy-efficient, and immune to downstream fluctuation.
