New Kuhnke oxygen valve 63.1

A new oxygen valve was added to the Kuhnke 63.1 solenoid valve series. This design option offers technical adjustments, which allow using the 63.1 series in combination with medical O2 in addition to the 10.5 mm longer 63.0 series. Thus, both solenoid valves offer an even wider range of applications in the 10 mm valve class for medical and analytical applications. They are available with 3/2- or 2/2-way versions and with NC and NO function.

With air flow up to 30 l/min, these solenoid valve series are ideal for switching small and medium-sized O2 flows, such as in ventilation and anesthetic equipment. The devices also benefit from the fast switching times of 10-15 ms and the reliable function over at least 50 million switching cycles.

By using the flange version of this competitively small valve, an integration into existing sub-plate systems is easily possible. In addition, Kendrion Kuhnke offers customer-specific sub-plate systems and optionally supplies entire functional modules as a plug-and-flow solution.

The Kuhnke 63.0 and 63.1 series solenoid valves stand out for their proven quality, flexible manufacturing capabilities and the use of optimally matched materials. This provides a considerable added value especially in cost-sensitive medical and analytical applications.
