Liquid-cooled heat sinks / cooling plates - High quality made in China
KINTO produces various liquid-cooled heat sinks / cooling plates with technologies of CNC machining and friction stir welding. The heat sinks can be produced with copper or aluminum, with specified surface treatment such as anodizing for aluminum or nickel plating for copper. The high performance heat sinks offer efficient way to manage complex electronic systems with highly concentrated power and heat.
The heat sinks are sealed with a new technology - the Friction Stir Welding (FSW). This technology provides a solid state joint with mechanical properties similar to the parent material of heat sinks, which results in a monolithic structure with a very strong hermetic seal.
