Kitagawa's latest GT Series Rotary Table

Kitagawa will be at EMO Milano 2015 5-10 October 2015. Hall 2 - stand H27.

Kitagawa's new GT Series rotary tables are a through hole series capable of withstanding high cutting loads. The series features 200mm to 320mm diameter tables and provides spindle rotations of up to 41.6 rev/min, for high speed indexing. Includes rigid body design to reduce deformation under heavy load.

The pneumatically clamped GT Series incorporates pressure monitor switches and Kitagawa's multi-plate disc brake technology to consistently achieve clamping torques of up to 2800Nm. Furthermore, the GT Series’s double lead worm gear drive ensures simple

backlash adjustment, enabling it to maintain an absolute positional accuracy of 20 arc seconds, with a repeatability of 4 arc seconds.
