Our WATOM (Wafer Edge Profile Measurement) and LOTOS (3D Measurement & Inspection) systems will be the focus of our exhibition.

Already in the planning stages for 2027
And it’s also worth looking ahead: Preparations are already underway for ELECRAMA in India (February 20th–24th, 2027) and CONTROL in Stuttgart (May 11th–14th, 2027).
