How does our Integrated Evaporation Residual Testing System works?
Total Migration
Soak the sample in a solution simulating specific food types. After evaporation and drying, the total migration of non-volatile substances is measured.

Non-volatile Matter
Soak the sample in a solution per standard requirements. Following evaporation of both test and blank solutions, the non-volatile residue weight is determined by comparison with the blank.
