New clamping concept for machine tables and automation pallets

Flexibility and set-up speed are major advantages

In spring 2024, LANG Technik is launching a new quick-clamping system for machine tables and automation pallets. It is based on expandable clamping bars to which zero-point units and vises are directly attached without having to use base plates. On the one hand, this innovative concept significantly reduces set-up times and, on the other hand, it offers great potential for cost savings, especially for larger quantities. The major advantages of the quick-clamping system are flexibility and speed.

Quick•Point® Rail is installed and ready for use within 2 minutes. No preparation of the machine table or the automation pallet is necessary, which is why the quick clamping system can also be removed again without leaving any marks. Clamping devices can be positioned with high precision and variably at 4 mm intervals on the clamping bars, depending on requirements and application.
