The proven Peter Wolters AC microLine® 530 will be replaced by the Peter Wolters AC microLine® 535. In addition to the change in color, with the well-known blue/white look changed to a modern grey/blue/white appearance, the current epicyclical drive systems like 5TF 18/6 and 5TF 21/5 will also change, with special drives like 5TF 12/10 for parts-thickness up to 300µm.

The new Peter Wolters AC microLine® 535 can be equipped with or without water-cooled wheels. The Siemens servo-drives are a new design and will deliver 9,5kW (10-320 RPM) or 5,5kW (10-175 RPM). This leads to higher torque especially in lower RPM range. The pressure between the wheels will be controlled automatically and will be available from 500daN to 800daN, depending on the machine configuration.

All process data will be visualized on the new HMI Siemens 1200 Comfort Panel. The machine works with seven load steps and the measuring device is equipped with special ceramic components to ensure high precision with regards to dimensional stability and switch-off accuracy. This is a significant advantage to the AC 530. The machine is based on new cast-iron components and is capable to handle wheel-sizes up to 640mm.

We are happy to offer you our well-know and proven machine in a new generation with more power, higher precision and a greater variety.

All innovations at a glance:

• Capable for wheel-sized from 530mm up to 640mm

• Epicyclical wheel drives available as follows:

• 5TF 18/6

• 5TF 21/5

• 5TF 12/10 (Special)

• Equipped with or without wheel cooling

• Higher torque in low RPM range due to new Siemens servo drives with 9,5kW (10-320 RPM) or

5,5kW (10-175 RPM).
