Lapmaster Wolters Ball Valve Match Lapping Machine
It comes fully equipped and ready to use and is suitable for lapping components from 50 mm diameter up to 250 mm diameter. The machine is equipped with an adjustable lapping arm unit. A cam unit allows the Arm to sweep up & down, ensuring even complete lap over the face. The self-contained adjustable flow compound system is mounted on the side of the machine. The machine controls are housed in a separate box mounted on the side of the guard. A smaller control box at the front allows the need for quick starts and efficiency. The lapping operation is controlled by an adjustable timer, which automatically stops the machine.
