LAZZATI HB 5T – Continuous precision, power for Industry 4.0 Ready
LAZZATI is pleased to introduce the new hydrostatic rotary table milling machine with Ram HB 5T, an excellent R&S result of the T-Type Ram Milling line. Continuous and guaranteed performances over time, precision and stiffness combined with high dynamics, complete accessories, make this innovative product a complete system, suitable for every processing for the removal of chips. Thanks to the sophisticated system LAZZATI hydrostatic system T-Type, the machine is provided with hydrostatic system on all axes. The table cross travel of the 35ton rotary table reaches 6,000 mm; The keadstock vertical travel is 3,000 mm; the longitudinal travel of the column is 2,800 mm and finally the Ram travel is 1,500 mm.
The rotary table plate surface of 2,000 × 3,000 mm is equipped with a double pinion system with black lash recovery working on an inclined and ground toothed rack. The system allows precisions of table positioning in the order of 3 "grade and the possibility of using the table rotation as a real axis for contouring machining.
Fast up to 20MM/1 ', acceleration of 1 second to rapid, high work advancements, constant thermostabilization of the structures, sophisticated mechatronic systems active in process of advanced systems management and remote tele-assistance are included of Series.
Like all LAZZATI machines of the new generation the HB 5T is equipped with the new simplified interface System LHI 4.0 – LAZZATI Human Interface 4.0.
Through a large touch-screen 18.5 "interface with CNC (Heidenhain, in option Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor) The HB 5T is an Industry 4.0 Ready machine!
