LED2Work presents new LED luminaire for workshops, laboratories and assembly workplaces

Jobs in industrial manufacturing, assembly, quality assurance or in the dental or medical laboratory and in the jewellery and watch industry especially need good lighting conditions.

LED2WORK provides now with UNILED II a new LED luminaire model that is continuously dimmable with memory function combined with high lighting quality and ergonomic design. The UNILED II will be presented at the SPS / IPC / DRIVES in Nuremberg from 24 November 2015.

The new UNILED II 27 W version is equipped with 84 SMD LEDs compare to 72 SMD LEDs in the previous version; so illumination is even more efficient and more homogeneous.

Additional the new opal white screen allows a shadow-free and glare-free viewing and inspection.

Another special feature of the new model is the continuously dimming function that can be adjusted by push-button integrated in the luminaire head – always individually even with memory function.

With this new function the UNILED II had an extra practical feature.

The illumination can be quickly and easily adjusted to specific products and applications.

Adjustments can be easily changed for each user or different application, for example in variable shift-works.

Ergonomic improved

Another innovation is the spring-balanced, high-quality aluminium arm. The arm also has a particularly large radius of action and the luminaire head can also be varied in any way thanks to the highly flexible 3D head joint.

With a universal clamp the UNILED II is simply attached to the table edge. It takes an absolute minimum of table surface for a safety and steady hold. For an alternative positioning LED2Work offers a wall mount, a table-stand and for attached to Workplace-System also an adapter for T-nut profile.

UNILED models are also made for suspended mounting.

User-optimized choice of products

UNILED II is available with IP40 protection class and safety class III, performance power 15 W and 27 W and dimension of luminaire head 298mm and 548mm.

Color temperature daylight white (5.200 - 5.700 CW) or neutral white (4.000 – 4.500 CW).
