This label was produced with the CPM-100 system with 6 different resin ribbon colours to clearly identify specific racks and products. The barcodes and arrows as well as letters are used for specific locations and designations making it an easier job for the person in the warehouse or stock room to identify the products they need to either store or remove from storage (whether for relocation, retail or otherwise testing, etc...).

This is a smaller label than the previous racking one but shows the capability of the CPM-100 printer to do larger signs (within the 100mm width capacity - maximum length per print job is 1.5m) or smaller label runs (duplicates/multiple label). Whatever you need and if the label needs to fit a specific recess, then the free-cut ability of the CPM Series printers allows you to cut any shape so your label can fit where it's required to go.

Please note our CJ Pro II systems only come with Lighthouse for Max 6 software (which is still supported but phased out from the CPM Series printer combination). We will advise in the near future if and when the CJ Pro II will also migrate to Lighthouse for Max 10 software however for now, the Lighthouse for Max 6 software is reliable and sturdy for the job required with the CJ Pro II system.

The above image shows the label being produced with a 30mm width material. In this case White Vinyl (CJP0101) with Black resin ribbon print (CJPR4001). The labels can one after the other but were applied one above the other using either ruler/measurement tool or application tape (100mm - CPM903, 200mm - CM24100). In the Lighthouse for Max 6 software the label is designed and the material fits the exact requirements of the specifications (i.e., if the label is 30mm wide, then the material will be 30mm wide). This is different with the CPM Series printers where the width of the material is either 100mm or 200mm (depending on the model). It's then the printer and software (Lighthouse for Max 10) that allow you to bend the material to your will so to speak. In other words, if your label is 30mm, then the printer and software can allow you to print 3 times that label to get the most of the 100mm width of the material, thus getting 3 times as much return for the label requirement. At the end of the day, it depends entirely on what you need and how you need to label your products or where the signage is required. This then determines the type of material and also the printer you will require to make the most of your application.

The CJ80 is an 80mm wide single colour thermal transfer handheld device. It works via App on Android and can be used on any Android mobile (cellphone) device. We also provide an option to purchase with a tablet instead. The dedicated App allows you to create on the go labels. Where you need immediate response time for labels (within the context of application and materials range available for the system), the CJ80 is the printer for you. The media is die cut (pre-cut labels in a series on a roll which you can peel off automatically after the print process). The die cuts vary in length (size) as well as shape (square, rectangular, circular and triangular) to respond to your specific demands. We can also accommodate bespoke requirements on a case by case basis. Colours of stock media range from white, yellow and silver/grey. Stock Ribbon print is in cartridge form which cna be replaced. Colours are Black Resin (for Vinyl), Black Wax (for Paper), Blue, Green and White.

The label affixed onto the magnetic stip was produced with the CPM Series printers however you could easily produce it with the CJ Pro II or CJ80 if you only needed single colour print.
