Actuator solutions with integrated controllers (IC) give you a means to keep a competitive edge for your application. Installation and control has never been easier, and the options for customization are many. IC technology eliminates the need for control boxes and minimizes the amount of wiring required, while expanding product lifecycles.

IC is available in four options for TECHLINE™ products: Basic, Advanced, Parallel and BUS. Each IC option presents a unique functionality, allowing customers to expand the capabilities of their motion control systems.

Actuators featuring IC Basic come pre-configured to meet specified requirements for stroke, speed, current limit and feedback. With IC Advanced, actuators feature customizable speed, stroke and current limits with monitoring capabilities. IC Parallel-equipped actuators are self-configurable and capable of being driven in parallel in groups of up to 8 actuators. The IC BUS option provides unlimited customization and live monitoring with BUS communications.

All IC options feature H-bridge technology and provide soft-start functionality, which reduces mechanical stress and expands the lifecycle of the actuator. They also have the ability to autonomously shut down for self-preservation purposes if temperature or current measurements rise above a defined level.
