Epson presents its new C8XL 6-axis robot, the first model in the C8 series of vertical 6-axis industrial robots. With a payload of up to eight kilograms and an arm length of 1400 mm, this robot is ideal for automation solutions in industries such as automotive, electronics, plastics and packaging. The 6-axis model has been available since autumn 2015 and has now been supplemented by additional machines in this series with operating radii of 710 and 900 mm.

The special feature of these high-speed, high-performance six-axis robots is their use of QMEMS technology which is based on high precision motion sensors.
