HASCO K3500/... quick-change mould system has been specifically designed for fast production of prototypes, samples, and small series. It comprises of the K3500/... mould changing unit and K3501/... and K35207... matching mould inserts. The inserts can be replaced as per the HASCO modular system.

The parting plane is used for bolting through the inserts. Exchanging of inserts is possible within the injection moulding machine. The moulds provide quick changeover, resulting in minimal downtimes. Mould plates are available in 1.2312 and 1.2085 materials. K3500/... provides three mould sizes, which have compatibility with the K-range - 156x196, 246x296 and 296x3...
