Just in time for Powtech Rembe-Kersting extends its range by a new, hygienic 2-way valve. The valve, which is made entirely made from highly resistant PTFE, can be supplied in 1½ ", 2", 3 "and 4" sizes and is intended for applications with high hygienic requirements. Since the switch only consists of two main components and can be disassembled in a few seconds, the cleaning is easy. The operation is carried out either by hand and by means of compressed air, so that automation is easily possible. The switch can be used flexibly to direct a bulk flow in the desired pipes, but also to briefly remove some of the bulk stream, powder or granules as a sample. If this takes place at very high frequency, the user receives a high quality and representative sample, because the entire cross section of the bulk flow is withdrawn as sample.
