The iQ Technology represents the state-of-the-art innovation of LNI Swissgas.

The iQ technology is available in our Castore XL and OFCAS scroll series. It utilizes a direct drive scroll compressor with a patent pending control to regulate the flow of Nitrogen to the application. It has been designed to meet the LC/MS requirements of all major instruments’ OEMs.

Why?

First, it is well recognized that scroll compressors are much quieter than traditional piston compressors. With only 48 dB, our iQ gas generators fits perfectly in your lab.

Secondly our iQ Technology will make you save energy! Our LNI Swissgas intelligent patent pending control allows to supply a continuous regulated flow of Nitrogen on demand. We obtain a more efficient use of Air to produce high pure Nitrogen. The iQ Technology works also with lower heat production and lower working temperature, which enhance efficiency and results in a longer working life.

Longer working life also means fewer maintenance. Lower downtime and bigger service intervals. With the iQ technology, the first maintenance (a simple steal replacement) can be operated after 20,000 hours of operation against before 8,000 hours with piston compressors.

All our gas generators with the iQ Technology benefit from Plug and Play function for a simple and smart management of units and have no need for huge external transformer.
