LNS launches the bar feeder Express 112 for sliding headstock lathes

- The new small diameter Express 112 bar feeder is designed for the luxury, high precision, medical, electronics and connectors industries and will complement the existing product line.

Express 112: bar feeder for high precision industries

The most recent addition to the product range of the LNS Group is the Express 112. Its development is the result of a detailed market analysis. “The Express 112 is innovative and tailored to the needs of the luxury and high precision industry as well as the medical, electronics and connectors industries. It can process bars with a diameter of 0.8 mm to 12mm”, explains Yann Jakob, Sales Director Western Europe.

The Express 112 is very compact: Thanks to the lateral screw loading, the bar feeder is merely longer than the maximum bar length. Mr. Ventron: “Two patented solutions guarantee excellent performance at high RPM''s, the bar feeder is very reliable and can process bars of different lengths. The side loading magazine has a maximum capacity for 30 bars.”
