Locksflex is one type of super heavy-duty through-the-weave polyurethane (PU) covered hose. Locsflex hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in the PU compound, excellent protected against mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives. Such hoses have good pressure resistance and can be used for: frac water solution, long-distance water solution, and mining dewatering solution. Benefits of using such PUlayflat hose: storage volumes, handling and usage, transportation and transport costs, long service life, and hassle-free maintenance.Working pressure from 10bar -21bar and bursting pressure 30-63bar. Hoses with I.D. from 2” -12’’.Form of supplying - steel hose reel (by quotation) or wooden pallets, wooden boxes for packaging and transportation.
Standard Length: 1 piece of 100, 200 mts or more for fast installation.
