Hastamat and LoeschPack win awards for technical innovations

(Nuremberg/Lahnau/Altendorf, 30/09/2015) The Piepenbrock Group has scooped a double win at the German Packaging Award 2015. The German Packaging Institute (DVI) presented awards to the subsidiaries Hastamat and LoeschPack for their innovative packaging solutions. Under the patronage of the Federal Minister of Economic Affairs and Energy and in the presence of some 270 invited guests, the most innovative developments from the world of packaging in 2015 were awarded prizes on the eve of the FachPack trade fair.

LoeschPack establishes subsidiary for development, testing and service in Switzerland

With effect from the start of the month, LoeschPack has established its new subsidiary in Switzerland, based in Koblenz. The LoeschPack Design and Development Center Switzerland – known for short as LoeschPack DDC Switzerland AG – will in future provide engineering services enhancing the long-standing parent company’s highly successful flow wrapping machine range. “Working closely with our experienced Swiss colleagues, we have demonstrated that Swiss precision and German quality are an outstanding fit,” asserts LoeschPack CEO Andreas Graf.
