MKS: NEW CLIPPING SOLUTION

At LORENZO BARROSO we continue working to be able to offer new solutions to our customers and distributors, always with maximum reliability and performance.

The MKS is a machine with a unique technological evolution that offers a solution to many producers in all countries.

This machine is a fully automatic clipper connected to a stuffer to close sausages with artificial casings (plastic, fibrous and collagen) with calibers between 25 and 110 mm. This makes it possible to obtain clean sausage tails and adjust its pressure thanks to the separators. In addition, it has a modular design that facilitates maintenance and reduces the number of production stoppages.

It is the first clipper on the market which combines the separators and the U clip in a unique machine, this allows any caliber to be manufactured, within its available range, simply by changing the reference of the clip that it is in use. This is a very important added value for customers, because they do not have to invest production time in the change parts like the matrix/punch and do not need to have a large stock of spares.

Moreover, customers can set the machine with the following accessories to better fit their needs manufacturing: motorized tray, end of casing’s and clip’s detector, automatic loop device and pneumatic brake.

Finally, it also has the possibility of memorizing recipes and make remote assistance.
