New Control option for the MACFAB 40

Auto compaction cycles on the smallest vertical baling press in the MACFAB range

We are now offering a second control option on our smallest vertical baler.

In the past, on the MACFAB 40 baler, there was only the option of using the hydraulic lever controls to operate the baler.

With the new option, we now offer a small PLC-controlled option when compacting your waste.

There is a green auto cycle button, a stop button, and an up/down button to tie off the bale.

This model is the perfect choice for businesses with a small waste room looking to compact plastic film or small cardboard boxes.

New Factory extension at MACFAB Systems

Meeting the increased demand for MACFAB vertical balers

We are in the process of adding a new building to our production facility outside of Carrickmacross in co Monaghan. The new floorspace of 100 x 21 meters will give MACFAB more space to develop our manufacturing process of vertical balers and precast Molds. The building of the new extension has begun this year and is planned to be completed in 2025.
