Based on these demands, MagicRAM announces the production of 1TB mSATA and M.2 2280 MLC SSD. This will help small form factor embedded system to implement high-capacity internal storage.

Supporting SATA III, MagicRAM 1TB mSATA & M.2 SSD can reach read speed of 520MB/sec and write speed of 500MB/sec.

Established in 1990, MagicRAM offers complete series of SLC, MLC and pSLC product lines of 2.5″ SATA, 2.5″ PATA, CF, CFast, mSATA, Slim SATA, M.2, SD & microSD solutions.
