Today’s highly sophisticated construction and industrial vehicles it is essential to acquire and control lots of data to optimize the functionality of the vehicle. Makersan is fulfilling this need by creating, distinguished, rugged, perfect interface between man and machine for the Highend Vehicles.

The HMI screen brightness level of 1000 cd/m2 assures readability even under direct sunlight, it comes with 2 dimensions to comply wide variety of customer needs; 800X480 pixel high resolution 7 inch display and 480x 272 pixel high resolution 4.3” display. Both HMI’s comes with Light Sensor for adjusting light intensity of function lights and backlight according brightness of the environment. Integrated 85 dB buzzer could be used as an additional warning to the operator.

7” HMI has a sleek and compact design and can be mounted horizontally or vertically and can be integrated in either standalone or dashboard mounting. 4.3” Keypad comes with four keys integrated on the HMI for the quick access to the menu. They are perfect versatile HMI for a wide range of mobile applications with 2 CANbus J1939 & CANopen Network, with 14 configurable Analog/Digital/ Frequency/ Resistive Inputs and Outputs, they are ready for Stage V or Tier 5 applications. The device can be can be programmed with Makcon or C++, icons, colors, indicators, time and interface language can be configurable by user. Less than 2 seconds of booth time ensures immediate readiness. Casing provides IP67 protection. Over Voltage and Reverse Polarity protection is also provided.

In order to meet demanding working conditions, each HMI device is tested several times to extreme conditions during development phase. Furthermore, operating temperatures between -30°C to +85°C can be achieved.

The Rotary Keypad manipulator comes with rugged features; UV, Over Voltage, Reverse Polarity and IP67 protection. Rotary knob has RGB LED ring lighting for direction indication and in addition to push option, pull action for simple navigation has been patented.

There are 2 options for the Rotary Keypad with 6 keys for short cut icons and without keys for a compact assembly profile.

Both devices can communicate through CANopen and Can J1939 protocols and has gone through rigorous tests to ensure the best quality.
