Getting unique insight into your nanoparticle dispersions with multi-angle dynamic light scattering (MADLS®)

Live Webinar May 6th 2021

Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) is a powerful tool to determine the particle size distribution of nanoparticles and macromolecules. Unlike number-weighted techniques, such as electron microscopy or nanoparticle tracking analysis, DLS is an ensemble technique and displays low resolution when measuring polydisperse samples. But with the new Zetasizer Ultra instruments, we have pushed the limits on DLS analysis yet again

Multi-angle Dynamic Light Scattering (MADLS®) is a unique multivariate analysis protocol that takes advantage of the angular-dependency of the particles Mie scattering to produce a single high-resolution size result rather than multiple results at different scattering angles. This can be advantageous for bimodal samples which are closely spaced in size but it can also help by removing angular dependent experimental noise present in the analysis.

Join us on this free webinar to learn how MADLS can improve the resolution of your particle size results. We will show how MADLS is more than just a multi-angle measurement, and will illustrate the benefits of this analysis with several application examples.
