Pneumatic industrial arm manipulator with rotating two jaws gripping tool for blocks of glass.

Gripping is made by a pneumatically operated gripping tool with two jaws pushing from outside.

The position of the jaws can be pre regulated to allow the gripping of the different sizes of blocks.

To allow to orientate the block in the different phases of production, the gripping tool is connected to a rotating device, operated by a pneumatic motor gear reducer.

Both the controls for gripping and releasing, than those for the lifting and lowering of the load and the controls for the rotation are located on the control handle of the manipulator.

This equipment can be supplied both in version on column than in suspended execution, sliding on rails, by a pneumatic motoreducer device, also controlled by controls located on the handle.

Max capacity 140 kg.

Max work radius 4.2 m

Max vertical stroke up to 2 m.
