Pneumatic rope balancer with vacuum gripping tool for panels

New series of pneumatic rope balancers with double vacuum pad gripping tool for handling an tilting of wooden, glass or steel sheet panels.

The pneumatic roper balancer can be used, for its easy use, in applications where it is necessary to handle load not over hanged.

It is available over than in the execution with arm, on column or suspended, also in the version hanged to jib cranes and light crane bridge systems, in aluminium profile.

Gripping is made by a two vacuum pads, fixed to a tilting support, to allow to grip the panels to be handled in horizontal but also to tilt them to vertical position.

The control handle, with the controls for the raising and lowering and of the gripping and release of the load, are is located in ergonomic position.

These series of balancers can be supplied for applications in normal areas but also in environment classified ATEX, also Zone 1.

The controls for the lifting and lowering of the load, and for the gripping and releasing of the load, are located on the control handle.

Max capacity 100 kg.

Max vertical stroke up to 2 m.
