Pneumatic industrial arm manipulator with gripping tool with two jaws for handling of gear pumps.

Gripping is made by properly shaped jaws pushing on the external body of the pump.

To allow the operator, after the gripping, to orientate correctly the pump on the test bench, the terminal parts of the jaws can rotate, around their axis, with the possibility to be locked in fixed position at 0° and 90°.

Both the controls for gripping and releasing, than those for the lifting and lowering of the load are located on the control handle of the manipulator.

This equipment can be supplied both in version on column than in suspended execution, sliding on rails, by a pneumatic motoreducer device, also controlled by controls located on the handle.

Max capacity 120 kg.

Max work radius 4.2 m

Max vertical stroke up to 2 m.
